DISPATCH

All orders received will be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking details once the order has been dispatched. During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Black Friday, Sale, Christmas) please allow an additional 5 business days for your delivery to arrive. Should you need something urgently, please contact the store direct on +61 3 9399 9774 prior to placing your order.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery time for Australia is 3 – 7 business days. Delivery delays may be impacted during high volume or peak periods. Specialty Fittings Lingerie recommends providing an address where there is someone present to accept the delivery during business hours, i.e. your workplace. Should there be no one present to accept the deliveries in person, a slip will be left and your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for your collection. 

 Specialty Fittings Lingerie does not accept any liability or responsibility for the order once it has been shipped, should it be undelivered, misplaced, lost in transit or there is a delay in delivery. Please contact Specialty Fittings Lingerie  at contact@specialtyfittingslingerie.com.au should any of the above occur and we can work with you to find a solution.

CONTACTLESS CLICK & COLLECT

 

 

How does Contactless Click & Collect work?


  1. Choose your products online
  2. Add them to your shopping bag
  3. Select Pick Up as the delivery method at checkout
  4. Select the store for pickup
  5. You will receive a "ready for collection" notification email or SMS – normally within 24 hours of placing an order
  6.  Please respond to Via E-mail or Call to arrange a time for pick up
  7. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID
  8. We will place your item outside of the store once arrived ready for collection
  9. Please wait until we have closed the door to retrieve purchase. 


 

Is Click & Collect a FREE service?

Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders.

 

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 20 calendar days you receive your collection notification.

If you do not collect your order within 20 calendar days we will contact you via email or SMS to find out if you still wish to purchase. 

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:

  •  A copy of the order collection notification
  •  A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
  •  Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

 

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Yes, all items are available for Click & Collect. 

 

What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?

Sometimes, items in your Click & Collect order maybe out of stock at the store. As we don’t want you to miss out, we’ll order in the stock (If Available) We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if Item is out of stock. If we unable to receive more stock for the particular item, we will refund in full. 

Can I return an item in store once I collect my order?

If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to our store for either a refund or exchange. Please refer to Returns&Exchanges for available options
